Spirits In Stone Galleries launches its first fine jewelry and adornment division throughout all its five locations in Northern California (Sausalito, Sonoma, St. Helena, Healdsburg and The Claremont Resort & Spa).

Twenty-five years of successful art representation with Shona stone sculpture still at its core, Spirits In Stone now brings a new sparkle to their locations with internationally recognized contemporary jewelry artisans. Expanding on the ancient and spiritual nature of stone, curators Anthony and Laura Ponter chose several brilliant contemporary jewelry artisans to compliment the Shona sculpture. Each jeweler chosen creates a unique expression that embraces a deep appreciation of the spiritual nature of stone along with the ancient cultures that inspired their designs.

"In that same vein of Shona stone sculpture, we have expanded our mission to include the the profound works of internationally recognized artists: Tabra Tunoa, Bernd Wolf and Sarah Graham-acclaimed jeweler of the 21st Century. Their adornment refines our cultural purpose", states Anthony Ponter.

Newly launching is The Spirit of Pearls, Spirits In Stone's own contemporary celebration of the most coveted of all ancient gemstones-the profound pearl. Organic and the only gem created by a living creature, pearls imbue the wearer with their long lived lustre and luminescence. Luscious natural colors and fantastic shapes define our fine selection .
