ORDERING ASSISTANCE
If you need any help at all, please contact any of our galleries. A sales associate can answer your questions and assist you with your order. Click for a list of gallery locations.
OUR GUARANTEE
All sculptures purchased from our virtual gallery may be returned for a full refund of the purchase price (shipping and delivery charges excluded), provided the work is in its original condition, and is received within 30 days from the date it was delivered to you.
Returns:
You may return the sculpture for any reason. We will even be happy to do a personal search for other more suitable works for you at your request.
Color of Stone:
We hand pick each sculpture featured on our web site, and take great care to photograph the sculpture as accurately as possible. However, due to the nature of the web, we cannot guarantee that the stone color will be perfectly reproduced by your computer. If you are not happy with the sculpture when you receive it, just return it in its original condition within 30 days for a full refund of the purchase price (shipping and delivery charges excluded).
All sculpture purchases are covered by Our Guarantee.
Each sculpture is one of a kind. Our web site is updated frequently and every attempt is made to promptly remove sculptures from our web page when sold. Also, in your package, you will receive more detailed printed information about each sculpture, as well as a biography of the artist (if available).
SHIPPING INFORMATION
We ship worldwide. Contact a gallery for worldwide shipping quotes or shipping to Alaska and Hawaii. Because each country has it's own unique import regulations, the customer is responsible for any applicable duties, taxes or fees that may be incurred at the time of import into their respective countries.
Your order will ship within 7 days. We ship your order as soon as the funds are cleared into our bank account. Please allow up to another 7 days transit time.
The shopping cart is calibrated to calculate shipping on UPS ground shipments within the continental United States. For quotes on any other type of shipping, please contact a gallery for assistance.
EXCHANGE POLICY
All sales are final. However, we would love to continue to have you as part of our family of
collectors. If an item must be returned please read the conditions below. The original invoice must
accompany all returns. We will issue you a Gallery Credit in the amount of the original purchase
price. We do not refund shipping or labor costs. Gallery Credits will not be replaced if lost or stolen.
For Jewelry Returns, as long as the item is returned within 10 days from receipt of goods,
based on inspection and in "perfect, unaltered and unused condition" (defined below) we will
accept the return and issue a refund in the form of a Gallery Credit.
Jewelry purchases made through the shopping cart system may not be returned to any gallery location and may only be returned by calling Spirit of Pearl Returns for approval at 707-939-2975.
Our definition of "perfect, unaltered and unused condition" is:
Any item being returned must be:
- - - Without showing signs of wear or damage in any way
- - - Without having been engraved, altered, resized, etc.
- - - A stock item and not a special or custom order
For Sculpture Returns, as long as the item is returned in perfect condition within 30 days of the
ship or purchase date, we will accept the return and issue a refund in the form of a Gallery Credit.
Not applicable to special orders, custom work, shipping/handling, or labor charges.
For all other Artwork, as long as the item is returned in perfect condition within 10 days of the recipt of goods, we will accept the return and issue a refund in the form of a Gallery Credit.

For Sale items, for items marked "On Sale", the sale is final. No refunds or returns.

Our privacy policy is short and simple because we have your best interests in mind. Your privacy is important to us.
